Hello,

my name is Joshua and I’m one of The Really Amazing Coaches and Trainers. I started on my journey with The Really Amazing after attaining my NLP Practitioners, during the course of my training I found that I had a knack for Coaching. After applying the skills that I learnt my love for Coaching grew and I discovered that these skills lent quite nicely to helping improve the skills of my colleagues which has now led me into delivering training courses of all kinds.

My background is from public services, I have worked in Local Government, Health, and the Civil Service. My whole career has been around helping others and involving individuals which is why I am looking to expand on this and started with The Really Amazing. My Coaching style is very relaxed but I’m not shy about asking the hard questions to help you get the results you want.

Outside of work I LOVE baking, biscuits, cakes you name it. Baking started off as a strategy to lower my stress but turned into a delicious past time. I also like making things, I’m a bit of a crafter with wool and fabric.
